Terms & Conditions – US LiDAR
These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated by US Lidar Technologies, LLC, doing business as US LiDAR (“US LiDAR”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) at us-lidar.com, including any related subdomains that link to these Terms (collectively, the “Site”).
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site.
These Terms are in addition to, and separate from, any specific sales terms, purchase order terms, or other agreements that may apply to the purchase or use of US LiDAR products or services.
1. Eligibility and Use of the Site
The Site is intended for business users and individuals who are at least 18 years old. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. We reserve the right to refuse access to the Site, or to suspend or terminate your access, at our sole discretion, including where we believe you have violated these Terms.
2. Accounts and Security
If the Site allows or requires you to create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information and keep that information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities occurring under your account.
You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
The Site and all content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, photos, videos, product descriptions, documentation, logos, trademarks, service marks, and software (collectively, the “Content”), are owned by or licensed to US LIADR and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site and to view the Content for your own internal, non-commercial or evaluation purposes in connection with considering or using US LiDAR products and services.
You must not:
- Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, publish, display, perform, transmit, or create derivative works of any part of the Site or Content, except as expressly permitted by us in writing.
- Use any trademarks, trade names, logos, or other brand features of US LiDAR without our prior written consent.
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the Site or Content.
4. User Submissions and Feedback
The Site may allow you to submit information, inquiries, or other materials to us (collectively, “Submissions”), such as through contact forms or email links.
By providing a Submission, you grant US LiDAR a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such Submission for the purposes of responding to your request, improving our products and services, and operating our business, subject to our Privacy Policy.
You represent and warrant that your Submissions do not violate any law or the rights of any third party and do not contain any harmful code or malicious content.
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
- Use the Site to transmit or facilitate the sending of any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, spam, or similar communications.

The information and Content on the Site, including specifications, performance data, and application examples, are provided for general informational purposes only and do not constitute engineering advice, design services, or a guarantee of performance for any specific use case.
You are solely responsible for evaluating the suitability of any US LiDAR product or solution for your application, including compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. You should consult with your own engineers or technical advisors before relying on any information from the Site in connection with system design, safety-critical applications, or regulatory compliance.
7. Third-Party Links and Tools
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, resources, or tools that are not owned or controlled by US LiDAR. These links are provided for your convenience only.
We do not endorse, and are not responsible or liable for, any third-party websites, content, products, services, or practices. If you access any third-party websites or services, you do so at your own risk and subject to the terms and policies of those third parties.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understand our Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors, viruses, or other harmful components, or that any Content will be complete, accurate, or up to date.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will US Lidar Technologies, LLC, its affiliates, or their respective directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site or Content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, US Lidar Technologies, LLC’s total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or related to the Site or these Terms will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100) or, if you have entered into a separate written agreement with us for paid access to the Site, the amount you paid to US Lidar Technologies, LLC for such access in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The limitations in this Section 10 apply regardless of the form of action, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal theory.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless US Lidar Technologies, LLC, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use of the Site or Content;
- Your violation of these Terms; or
- Your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and your use of the Site will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which US Lidar Technologies, LLC is headquartered, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
You agree that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site will be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in that state, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue in such courts.
13. Changes to the Terms
We may revise and update these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Site after any changes to these Terms are posted will constitute your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Site.
14. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and US Lidar Technologies, LLC with respect to your use of the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding such subject matter.
